What is a Customer Discovery Session?

Customer discoveries are an important initial step when starting a customer-centric innovation process.

Customer discoveries follow a structured choreography mixed with consequent engaging interactions. If done well, customer discoveries transform the way you are perceived by your customer and become your unique selling point during the innovation or sales process.
